Time came down slightly to 7.3:0
My leg is still holding up fine, almost no aches at all
Need to meditate sometimes but don't know when

  • Nice jog in the Seefeld, very slow pacve (8:00/km)
  • Smoked my last cigarette and threw away it all
  • Plan for tomorrow - 5km Limatt, easy

First day back from Romania. Have to restart to meditate and grow a lean body.
  1. Challenge: No food in the afternoon
  2. Running
  3. No alcohol
  4. Meditate
  5. Sleeping pills (1/2) only if awake during the night
