Was down with a big colg/bronchitis for the past couple of days. Must be the bad vibes that are going out or god trying to test my resolution
today is the first day in the office, I have a lot of energy and want to finish things.
For today I want to do
->Bridges IC Memo + formatting
->Buy HDMI cable

Challenge for today: Don't eat dinner

Day 5 - Beginning to build myself from the rubble





Yesterday evening I was extremely nervous, I ate a lot. There is this persistent problem with my foot, exacerbated by my high weight, trying to get me mad.
So today, instead of running, I'll go for a walk and strive to reachn 10k.
Then tomorrow morning if no pain I'll do a little jog
Won't eat anything after lunch, hopefully the pain in my right goes away

Besides that, very good motivational line in the subject

Day 4

Yesterday evening I had pain in my foot and I got a little bit demotivated.
But this morning all fine, however I decided to skip running, took the train instead and walked to work. A good compromise will be to walk 10k steps when I feel the achilles heel until it's really better and work it slowly up from here
The trading is progressing well, already completed the challenge for January. Now I will have to concentrate on the discipline.
Today I started the work for Gbh and solved the first task. On to the second. I'll have to have 4 hours booked.
Besides that
->Take a 30 minutes walk over lunch
->Meditate in the evening


Had a very good conversation with Ralph. Need to be enthusiastic.
Trading continues progressing well. Last year I saw how it doesnm't work. This year I'll have to put some simple rules:
->No overtrading
->No overleveraging (Max 10)
->Close positions in the evening

Day 3







Woke up early, but someone had moved my clothes. As a consequence, didn't run. Lesson to myself to prepare the running gear so it gets easier
As of 12:40, solved all my toodledo tasks, and also succeeded in the challenge to do 2 calls.
Structured the progress bar
Tomorrow I'll start working for Gbh
Anyway, after yesterdays run I feel much more energetic. It will be fine. No failures this year
The biggest challenge for Jan will be to get to my weight goal, in parallell with giving up smoke and all the rest.... let's see. Anyway, the goal of 90 is for the whole year, and I have plenty of time to get it done, especially after the running habit is developing well and hopefully no injuries.
Also just giving up drinking means 4-5 bottles of wine -> 2400-300 kcal less, or 500g. Only this should bring me to 2 kg per month and to achieve the goal
In the evening, have done my first meditation session. Also achieved the monthly trading goal.
Tomorrow morning mandatory run before work.
And 4 hours of Grünbichler

Day 2

Today, ran the first time in three months. I feel so energetic as I have not been for a long long time, the whole body is aching to run again.
In the afternoon, I slept and dreamt that I was able to get my ring off the finger. Bad omen.
Convinced that god is starting to talk to me, and convinced that no single slippage this year.
So today:
->No alcohol/cigarettes
->Run
->Did all tasks on toodledo
All in all, a good second day, up to day 3 where I will have to work and not procrastinate, besides doing all tasks on the list
Bonus would be if I run before work

Rough start

God wants to tell me something, to challenge me resolutions and see if I'm worth its trust.
This morning, in a span of 6 hours, 3 disturbances appeared:
1. Neon lighting in the washing kitchen failed
2. The stores in the bedroom failed
3. The car broke down
I'm however gratefull that the car failed in front of the house.
Everiyhing will be solved, and what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. Grateful for being healthy.
Maybe god tried to prevent a worse ski accident from happening tomorrow. And teach me humility.

Today:
