Day 3







Woke up early, but someone had moved my clothes. As a consequence, didn't run. Lesson to myself to prepare the running gear so it gets easier
As of 12:40, solved all my toodledo tasks, and also succeeded in the challenge to do 2 calls.
Structured the progress bar
Tomorrow I'll start working for Gbh
Anyway, after yesterdays run I feel much more energetic. It will be fine. No failures this year
The biggest challenge for Jan will be to get to my weight goal, in parallell with giving up smoke and all the rest.... let's see. Anyway, the goal of 90 is for the whole year, and I have plenty of time to get it done, especially after the running habit is developing well and hopefully no injuries.
Also just giving up drinking means 4-5 bottles of wine -> 2400-300 kcal less, or 500g. Only this should bring me to 2 kg per month and to achieve the goal
In the evening, have done my first meditation session. Also achieved the monthly trading goal.
Tomorrow morning mandatory run before work.
And 4 hours of Grünbichler
