Day 5 - Beginning to build myself from the rubble





Yesterday evening I was extremely nervous, I ate a lot. There is this persistent problem with my foot, exacerbated by my high weight, trying to get me mad.
So today, instead of running, I'll go for a walk and strive to reachn 10k.
Then tomorrow morning if no pain I'll do a little jog
Won't eat anything after lunch, hopefully the pain in my right goes away

Besides that, very good motivational line in the subject
